FP&A Financial Analyst, Point of Care

Role Overview

Join Siemens Healthineers as an FP&A Financial Analyst, Point of Care. In this role, you will be a key member of the NAM Business Line Finance function, supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, forecast preparation, financial analysis, reporting on leading and lagging indicators, tracking and driving progress towards financial and business goals.

What You Will Do

Perform analysis of business/financial performance, identify key customer trends, and provide appropriate commentary. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations, including the development and maintenance of executive dashboards. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, Commercial Excellence, and Finance stakeholders to guide the financial success of the assigned North American Instrument/Reagent Segments.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business and or related area(s)
• 5+ years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel Power Point skills, SAP or an equivalent ERP system
• Ability or willingness to learn and leverage PowerBi, Tableau, KNIME etc.
• Strong financial understanding: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Financial Processes, IFRS/GAAP
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact appropriately with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability
• Proven ability to manage projects/tasks to ensure timely delivery with high-quality results
• Experience with digitalization and business process improvement
• Self-driven and resourceful to ensure that deadlines are met
