Role Overview
The Financial Analyst II, Production provides financial analysis and decision support for Production and Manufacturing operations. This role focuses on cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to support operational efficiency, cost control, and strategic decision-making.
What You Will Do
Analyze production costs, prepare financial reports, conduct variance analysis, support budget development, and identify cost drivers.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-4 years of previous work experience in a Financial Analyst capacity or like position
- CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Costpoint) preferred
