Role Overview
Manage daily operational support for the securities lending business, overseeing transaction processing, settlement, collateral management, and reconciliations while resolving complex exceptions and managing operational risk.
What You Will Do
Manage daily processing of stock loan and borrow transactions, monitor settlement, reconcile positions and cash, perform P&L reconciliation and reporting, and investigate and resolve complex reconciliation breaks and processing errors.

We’re looking for an experienced professional with 3+ years of relevant experience in stock loan, equity finance, or securities lending operations, with in-depth knowledge of the securities lending lifecycle and strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and VBA.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in stock loan, equity finance, or securities lending operations
- In-depth knowledge of the securities lending lifecycle
- Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and VBA
- Strong communication skills and experience partnering with trading desks, counterparties, and internal support teams
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
