Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise, client-facing experience, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, engaging with clients to understand business requirements, mentoring team members, and driving successful project execution.

What You Will Do

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Integrations. Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and development standards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Integrations.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Mandatory).
• Experience in client-facing roles including requirement gathering and solution discussions.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, governor limits, and platform architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and deployment tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce AI offerings including Einstein AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, and Generative AI.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
