Sales Operations Associate

Role Overview

Signzy is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of sales data, while driving deal execution, invoicing, and sales analytics across our Business Units.

What You Will Do

The role involves managing CRM data, generating and processing accurate invoices, supporting deal management, and conducting sales data analysis to surface insights on sales productivity and process gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Business Operations (fintech/SaaS/RegTech background a plus)
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar); CRM experience strongly preferred
• Strong sales data handling and data analysis skills
• Excellent Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and Google Sheets proficiency
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint for reporting/presentation
• Familiarity with AI productivity and automation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, and multiple Business Units in a fast-paced environment
• Dashboard building is non-negotiable: candidate must be able to independently design and build sales dashboards (in Excel/Google Sheets and/or CRM/BI tools) from raw data — this is a mandatory, must-have skill for this role, not a nice-to-have
