Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

We’re hiring experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, part-time phone sales position focused on selling monthly and annual Sila Services home service memberships to existing customers and warm leads.

What You Will Do

Make outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads, sell monthly and annual Sila Services memberships, explain membership benefits and value, build rapport, overcome objections and close sales, follow up quickly and consistently with sales opportunities, schedule free in-home sales consultations when appropriate, document calls, sales and follow-up activity in our CRM, meet individual sales and membership goals.
