Financial Analyst

Role Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing financial and operational performance in eight production facilities in six European countries. You will work closely with the Finance Director Europe, Director Europe, Director Operational Support & Projects, and local Finance Managers to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and quantify improvement potential.

What You Will Do

Analyze actuals, forecast, and budget for financial performance across multiple production facilities. Monitor and evaluate operational KPIs, including product volumes, capacity utilization, downtime percentages, production efficiency, labor productivity, and identify trends, risks, performance differences, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, Controlling, or Manufacturing Finance.
• Experience in a production environment is highly valued.
• Experience working on multiple locations, countries, or business units is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and convert them into actionable business insights.
• Strong understanding of production processes and cost structures.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, independent, and result-oriented.
• Strong command of the English language in both written and spoken form.
