Workforce and Compensation Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Compensation Analytics & Organizational Design Analyst to support Silvaco’s global compensation programs, job architecture, workforce analytics, career framework development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

What You Will Do

Conduct compensation benchmarking, participate in annual compensation review cycles, support salary structure development, analyze workforce trends, and develop executive dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Analytics, Business, or related discipline
• 5+ years compensation, workforce analytics, or organizational design experience
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Experience with compensation survey providers
• Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies
• Experience with HR reporting and workforce planning tools
