Role Overview
The FP&A Manager is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for core financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and executive reporting. This role partners closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional business leaders to deliver actionable insights that support growth, operational discipline, and value creation.
What You Will Do
Own key components of the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes across both SaaS and services, build and maintain detailed financial models, perform scenario and sensitivity analyses, analyze SaaS performance metrics, support services forecasting, and partner with Sales and Services leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5–10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
- Experience within PE-backed, SaaS, technology, and/or professional services environments
- Demonstrated experience supporting hybrid SaaS and services business models
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Power BI
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at the executive level
