Role Overview

The Director of Marketing and Business Development is responsible for revenue generation through the sale of property and media assets, as well as creating and implementing the overall strategic marketing direction of the shopping center. This includes identifying and creating revenue opportunities, developing and executing marketing plans, and coordinating visual merchandising and advertising programs.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include identifying and creating revenue opportunities, developing and executing marketing plans, coordinating visual merchandising and advertising programs, maintaining effective media relations, and participating in Manager on Duty rotation and staff meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a BA or BS degree with a focus in sales, marketing, or business, and 4-6 years of experience in sales, sponsorship, strategic marketing, event management, and budgeting.
