Senior Growth Product Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Growth Product Manager will own the conversion to purchase across the full acquisition funnel, from the first ad impression to the first payment. This includes traffic intent, quiz onboarding, web paywall, offers, and upsells, and the hand-off into the app. The role is accountable for the quality of that revenue, including refunds and first renewals.

What You Will Do

The key responsibilities include owning core metrics, allocating team capacity, testing across the whole funnel, working with performance marketing, understanding acquisition channels, building behavioural funnels, and using UX and sales psychology to raise the perceived value of the outcome.

Requirements

• 6+ years in growth or product roles at consumer subscription businesses
• 2+ years managing people (PMs, designers or analysts)
• End-to-end ownership of a web-to-app or web subscription funnel with real paid traffic
• Working knowledge of paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google and others)
• Deep hands-on experience with A/B testing
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience aligning marketing, product, and engineering around shared goals
