Financial Planning Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Planning Analyst supports budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting. This role works with Finance and business leaders to explain performance, improve forecasts, and support strategic and financial goals.

What You Will Do

The Financial Planning Analyst will build relationships across Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams, help business partners understand the financial impact of their decisions, and analyze pricing, productivity, investments, costs, and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze large or complex data sets and identify meaningful business insights.
• Understands the relationships among revenue, margins, operating expenses, cash flow, and returns.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, speed, and business relevance.
• Demonstrated skill in communicating financial insights in writing and verbally to Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
• Takes ownership of high-quality, timely work and follows issues through to resolution.
