Role Overview
As an AI Automation Lead, you will drive AI innovation, design, build, and implement AI-powered automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and deliver business value.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled automation solutions, build and maintain Graph RAG, and provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience delivering AI automation, software engineering, integration, data engineering, or technology solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong technical expertise across APIs, workflow orchestration, CI/CD, event-driven architectures, prompt engineering, LLM integrations, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with Graph RAG, vector databases, knowledge retrieval, semantic search, metadata management, and modern AI engineering practices, ideally within AWS and Amazon Bedrock environments.
