Role Overview

As a Data Analyst at Singtel, you will work on transforming everyday experiences in mobile, broadband, entertainment, and lifestyle services. You will analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, exceptions, risks, and improvement opportunities. You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports for Outside Plant Engineering and Operations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing data to identify trends, exceptions, risks, and improvement opportunities. You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports for Outside Plant Engineering and Operations. You will also perform trend, variance, aging, exception, and root cause analysis to support management decision making.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical thinker, fast learner, able to understand requirements, adapt to new AI tools and domains, communicate clearly, and work independently
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with AI/ML libraries
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent frameworks, or workflow orchestration systems
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) is an added advantage
• Telcom outside plant or network inventory experience would be an advantage
