Role Overview

Singtel is building an AI-first telco for the future, connecting people, businesses, and communities through trusted networks, intelligent digital services, and next-generation technology. As the Manager, Product Marketing – Phone Plan, you will own and support Singtel’s core price plan portfolio, with a primary focus on the Phone Plan proposition.

What You Will Do

You will drive the product’s P&L, strategy, go-to-market execution, and lifecycle management, while keeping ahead of domestic market developments and evolving policies to ensure our propositions remain competitive and relevant.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will own the Phone Plan product, including P&L, plan policies, terms and conditions, FAQs, and empowerment matrix for waivers. You will also manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analyse key business drivers and product performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or another relevant discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Development
  • Competence in project management and marketing
  • Detail-oriented with a strong bias towards execution
  • Strong strategic communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Able to multitask, analyse information and identify impactful business outcomes
  • Able to think on your feet, take initiative and work independently
