Product Marketing Manager – 5G, Innovation and Strategy

Role Overview

As the Product Marketing Manager – 5G, Innovation and Strategy, you will shape the next wave of connectivity and digital services by driving 5G adoption, developing innovative propositions, and managing selected Value-Added Services (VAS) and Roaming portfolios.

You will combine product marketing, commercial strategy, and innovation to identify emerging opportunities, bring new propositions to market, and drive sustainable revenue growth. You will lead strategic transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience and keep Singtel ahead of evolving technology and market developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Development, or Business Development.
• Strong experience in product strategy, go-to-market execution, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong P&L management and commercial management skills, with the ability to identify and drive revenue opportunities.
• Good understanding of telecommunications, 5G, emerging technologies, roaming, or value-added services would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and performance metrics into meaningful business insights.
• Proven project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong process thinking with the ability to shape and improve customer experiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technical teams.
• Strong strategic communication and presentation capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong bias towards execution.
• Able to multitask, take initiative, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to bring the story behind the numbers to life.
