Finance Business Partner – FP&A

Role Overview

Partner with business unit leaders to understand financial needs and priorities, and drive informed decision-making across the organization. Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and risks.

What You Will Do

Deliver financial analyses, forecasting, and reporting; develop financial models and scenario analyses; participate in budgeting, planning, and forecasting cycles; monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs); identify cost-saving opportunities and implement actionable financial strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• several years of professional experience in controlling, financial planning, or management consulting
• strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• solid proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis
• experience with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor
• ability to write SQL queries
• business-fluency in both German and English
