Growth Designer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Designer who solves business challenges through research, ideas, and effective design. The work format is remote. Challenges awaiting in this role: Designing effective marketing funnels; Creating user flows on target pages; Generating hypotheses and validating them through a large number of A/B tests; Analyzing direct and indirect competitors’ funnels; Analyzing user behavior through internal analytics tools; Tight interaction with a strong team of designers, developers, and analysts.

Why It Might Be a Fit

At least 2 years of experience in a product company in the position of UX/UI, Product, or Growth designer; Experience with web – must; Experience with mobile apps – will be a plus; Proficiency in Figma at a high level; Knowledge of composition, typography, and coloristics; Business orientation: design not for beauty, but primarily for conversion growth; Ability to present information in a structured way: research results, presentation of the concept, ideas for brainstorming; Ability to argue your decisions.

Requirements
