Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management
- Experience in high-growth environments (SaaS, fast-scaling SMEs) is a plus
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- A problem-solving attitude, pragmatic approach, and data-driven thinking
- Humility, ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to have tough conversations in a positive way
