Sleek is a tech-enabled unicorn that automates back-office processes for micro SMEs. The Customer Onboarding & Retention Lead will develop strong customer relationships, ensure smooth onboarding and account management, and optimise the client journey.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management
  • Experience in high-growth environments (SaaS, fast-scaling SMEs) is a plus
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • A problem-solving attitude, pragmatic approach, and data-driven thinking
  • Humility, ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to have tough conversations in a positive way
