The Senior Manager of Corporate Communications is responsible for shaping and executing a cohesive internal and external communications strategy that strengthens brand credibility, aligns employees, and amplifies leadership voice.
Requirements
- Develop and execute integrated internal and external communications strategies aligned to business goals
- Partner with executive leadership to translate company priorities into clear, compelling messaging
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all communication channels
- Lead internal communications strategy to drive employee awareness, alignment, and engagement
- Create communication frameworks that support change management, transformation initiatives, and operational cadence
- Support and amplify company positioning through external messaging, PR coordination, and digital content
- Build and execute thought leadership strategies for senior leaders and subject matter experts
- Partner closely with Marketing, HR, Sales, and Operations to align messaging and initiatives
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communications and engagement
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize messaging, channels, and content strategies
