Role Overview
The People Operations Executive will act as the architect of internal compliance, employee life-cycle support, and Government Relations (PRO) systems, ensuring a seamless experience for team members from onboarding to offboarding.

The role involves managing end-to-end visa cycles, overseeing external PRO service providers, processing and tracking documentation with government and regulatory entities, and maintaining immaculate physical and digital records for government documents.

Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, personnel administration, and hands-on UAE Government Relations (PRO)
- Deep, hands-on familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processing, Emirates ID, medical fitness procedures
- Experience managing third-party outsourced PRO vendors
