We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to support our team in online marketing, particularly in social media and ads. The ideal candidate will have experience in launching and evaluating social media ads, understanding of target groups, conversions, and campaign structures, and a good sense of design and engaging texts.
Requirements
- Planning, creation, and maintenance of social media ads (Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Analysis and optimization of running campaigns (performance, target groups, budgets)
- Support with maintaining and posting organic content on our channels
- Close coordination with our team on content, goals, and budget allocation
