Partner Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Partner Enablement Manager will execute the AMER partner enablement program, supporting partner success and capabilities throughout their entire journey with Smartsheet. This role will help craft and deliver training, certification, communications, and enablement content; facilitate partner development; and help partners build the skills needed to succeed in our program.

What You Will Do

The Partner Enablement Manager will execute the Partner Enablement program, facilitate learning sessions, maintain high audience engagement, and deliver technical product and platform enablement content. They will also track and report on partner certification and training metrics, and follow up with partners on certification results.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical field such as training, customer success, technical support, or similar roles
• Experience with a services-centric partner community in B2B Software
• Passion for working with leading-edge, web-based technologies and desire to deeply understand Smartsheet’s benefits, use cases, and business and technical elements
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth technology environment
• High motivation and self-starter mentality; excellent at follow-up and delivering within defined timelines
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical audiences
• Experience crafting engaging training materials and partner communications, and applying engagement strategies to drive partner participation and knowledge retention
• Team player with collaborative approach to cross-functional work
• Willing to travel up to 25% based on business need
• Experience using Smartsheet, Google G Suite, or other comparable applications
