Product Operations Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to help our product org run smoothly, ship faster, and make better decisions. You’ll own operational processes across product planning, launch readiness, and team cadences — and you’ll be the connective tissue between product, engineering, design, and GTM.

What You Will Do

Support and own product planning cycles, drive launch coordination, build and maintain product health dashboards, document processes, and facilitate meetings.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar operational role
• Strong process instincts
• Comfort with data
• Excellent written communication and meeting facilitation skills
• Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar
• A builder mindset
