Marketing Communications Specialist

Role Overview

As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will support and elevate the company’s brand through strong brand stewardship, content development, and effective management of marketing systems and tools. You will ensure SmartStop presents a consistent, polished brand across customer and employee touchpoints while serving as the internal owner of key communications platforms.

What You Will Do

Create compelling content, including website copy, email campaigns, internal communications, marketing collateral, and press releases. Manage email marketing campaigns in Constant Contact, including content development, list management, deployment, and performance tracking. Partner with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing projects.
