Senior Marketing Manager

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who can own integrated marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of client events and growth initiatives. The Senior Marketing Manager will independently lead multiple client workstreams at once and be accountable for both the strategy and the follow-through.

What You Will Do

The Senior Marketing Manager will develop launch-to-event, multichannel marketing plans across email/CRM, paid media, website, organic social, content, and other audience touchpoints. They will also direct and execute integrated client campaigns end to end, without day-to-day oversight.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of independently owning multichannel marketing strategies and measurable outcomes, not just executing individual tactics. They will be comfortable with Google Analytics and Excel charts and pivot tables, and have strong analytical skills to interpret registration and campaign performance across channels.

  • Experience managing multiple clients or complex stakeholder groups with competing priorities, budgets, and deadlines

  • Experience planning, evaluating, and optimizing paid media across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Practical AI fluency and ability to validate outputs, protect quality, and apply independent human judgment
