Senior FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior FP&A Analyst will be a key member of the Smiths Detection Global Finance Team, responsible for producing consolidated financial statements and quality performance reporting, and a business partner of the CIS (Cargo Inspection Systems) Business Unit to support it in achieving its objectives.

What You Will Do

Collect and consolidate financial data from markets (geographic zones) to develop forecasts, budgets, and results for the Business Unit. Optimize and automate reporting processes using data management and visualization tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• A proven experience in a similar position is essential
• Mastery of financial reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Onyx, BW), data consolidation (Power BI, Power Query), and Excel
• Strong analytical and autonomous problem-solving skills, with rigor and precision
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams, a very good level of English is essential
• Ability to interpret and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respect deadlines in a dynamic environment
