Account Manager – Developmental Sales Representative

Role Overview

As a Snap-on Sales Solutioneer, you will work with business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions using Snap-on products. You will build and enhance relationships with key decision-makers, present solutions on the shop floor or in the field, and develop a customer contact database. You will review customer activities with a team leader or sales manager to maximize sales volumes or grow territory.

Responsibilities include working with business partners to understand their needs, leveraging Snap-on product offerings to develop solutions, building and enhancing relationships with key decision-makers, presenting solutions on the shop floor or in the field, and developing a customer contact database.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of prior goal achievement showing increase in sales and customer growth
  • Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Valid driver license with an impeccable driving record
