Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles
- Strong strategic thinking with a focus on driving business growth
- Strong operational discipline, with experience in structured execution, KPI tracking, and process building
- Experience leading and developing people, combined with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High adaptability and the ability to learn quickly
