Analyst Relations & Partnerships Executive

Role Overview

Support the CMO in executing SoftCo’s analyst relations and strategic partnership initiatives. Develop and execute an Analyst Relations strategy, maintain records of analyst interactions, and track the progress of SoftCo’s placement in key reports.

What You Will Do

Assist in developing and executing an Analyst Relations strategy, maintain records of analyst interactions, report feedback, and track the progress of SoftCo’s placement in key reports. Help create and refine presentations, briefing documents, and other materials that will be used in analyst briefings and inquiries.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Partnerships, Business Development, Marketing, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field preferrable but not essential
• Understanding of SaaS business models, partner ecosystems, and B2B technology partnerships.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
• Comfortable working closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, and product, and with external partners.
• Ability to track performance metrics, analyse reports, and identify insights that can drive decision-making.
• Able to take initiative and work independently with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, while supporting the CMO with day-to-day activities.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other platforms.
