Role Overview

The National Disability Insurance Agency seeks a Salesforce developer to join the Digital team within the Scheme CRM Platforms Branch. The role involves developing AI capabilities using Claude Code, working with REST APIs, and supporting work with Atlassian Jira and Agile development tool sets.

Responsibilities include establishing and developing AI capabilities, undertaking work in REST APIs services, and supporting work with Atlassian Jira and Agile development tool sets.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Vlocity platform, experience working with OOP, frameworks, and design patterns, and experience with source control tools and package-based development.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Vlocity platform using Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, Flexcards, and DataRaptors
• Experience working with OOP, frameworks, and design patterns
• Experience working with source control tools (e.g. GitLab) and package-based development, Atlassian Jira, VSCode, and DevOps practices
• Experience in building and working with integration (e.g. REST APIs, Platform Events)
• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud implementations and familiarity with Salesforce Governor limits
• Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design and development
