Manager – Brand Marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and highly driven Manager – Brand & Integrated Marketing to shape the next chapter of RateGain’s global brand.

What You Will Do

Develop and lead RateGain’s global brand strategy, positioning, messaging architecture, and brand narrative across key international markets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior brand, integrated marketing, or strategic marketing role within a B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or product-led organisation.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing global brand strategies across the US, Europe, and APAC, with the ability to adapt messaging to regional customer and market needs.
• Experience leading a significant rebrand, M&A integration, portfolio consolidation, or company repositioning from strategy through execution.
• Strong ability to simplify a complex portfolio of products, technologies, and business capabilities into a clear, compelling, and differentiated customer narrative.
• Experience building brand strategy, messaging frameworks, and marketing operating models in an evolving or high-growth environment.
• Strong integrated marketing capability across campaigns, content, thought leadership, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to link brand and marketing investment to measurable business outcomes.
• AI-native mindset, with hands-on experience using AI to materially improve marketing research, ideation, development, execution, and productivity.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
