Role Overview
Support the North America business, reporting to the FP&A Manager in the U.S. with frequent interaction with U.S. Commercial and Finance leadership.
What You Will Do
Lead daily/weekly performance analysis, support forecast cycles, monthly results, AOP, financial bridges, and leadership reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, Controlling or Finance Business Partner experience.
- Strong P&L, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel and experience with BI/reporting tools.
- Strong business partnering, communication and analytical skills.
