Strategic Finance Manager (FP&A)

Role Overview

Lead Solfium’s financial planning and analysis function, translating financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.

What You Will Do

Develop and manage the company’s five-year integrated financial model, lead the annual budgeting process, prepare financial forecasts, and consolidate and analyze the company’s financial results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance preferred.
• More than four years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, or related areas.
• Previous experience in startups or the banking sector is required.
• Proven experience developing integrated corporate financial models.
• Experience participating in financing, capital-raising, or due diligence processes.
• Advanced English proficiency is required, including the ability to prepare and present financial information to investors and international stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills are required, particularly for financial modeling and analysis.
• Hands-on experience using Claude (AI) is required, particularly for financial analysis, automation, or process improvement.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is preferred.
