Role Overview
As a Senior Data Analyst at Solflare, you’ll dive deep into data to uncover insights and trends that help us make better decisions about our product and its growth. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other teams to turn complex, raw data into clear and actionable insights.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or engineering involving large amounts of different types of data
- Statistical analysis: Experience with hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and other statistical methods.
- Programming & data manipulation: Proficiency in at least one programming language for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
- SQL: Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract and aggregate data from databases.
- Data visualization tools: Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
- AI-assisted development: Experience integrating AI tools (e.g. Claude Code) into your engineering workflow for faster iteration and higher-quality output
- Spreadsheets: Solid experience using Excel or Google Sheets for quick analysis and pivot tables.
- ETL & data workflow: Basic understanding of ETL processes and tools to move data from different sources into a usable format.
