FP&A Manager

Role Overview

The FP&A Manager will own key planning processes while providing financial insight to leadership and private equity partners. This role will lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and monthly business reviews.

What You Will Do

The FP&A Manager will lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and monthly business reviews. This includes building sophisticated driver-based financial models and scenario analyses, analyzing financial and operational trends, and translating them into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• PE-backed company experience
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience
• 3+ years in FP&A
• Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling skills
• Experience building driver-based and scenario models
• Strong analytical and data skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools is a plus
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot in finance or analytical work
• Experience presenting to senior leadership, boards, and/or investors
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
