Role Overview
We are hiring an O2C Revenue Analyst to support the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data flowing through Sonar’s order-to-cash and revenue accounting processes.
What You Will Do
Extract Salesforce CPQ and billing data, clean and transform datasets, validate completeness and accuracy, and prepare and load data inputs. Reconcile billing data, investigate differences, and maintain supporting schedules and evidence for monthly and quarterly closes.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of strong hands-on experience in O2C data operations, revenue systems, data processing, or data engineering, preferably in a software or subscription-based business.
Requirements
- 4+ years of strong hands-on experience in O2C data operations, revenue systems, data processing, or data engineering
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to document repeatable procedures, communicate technical issues clearly, and cross-train colleagues
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate across Finance and BizTech, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced close environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience using Aptitude RevStream, SFDC, NetSuite and Stripe is preferred
