Role Overview
Sony Electronics Inc. is looking for an Associate Data Analyst to work in the Media Solutions group, producing and analyzing data related to sales and marketing business operations. The role requires advanced Excel skills, administrative Power BI skills, and experience with Marketing Analytics.
What You Will Do
Collecting data from internal and external sources, analyzing and interpreting data to support ongoing initiatives, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is required or equivalent – preferably with a concentration in business data analytics.
- Demonstrated analytical and strategy development background
- Experience with Marketing Analytics
- Experience connecting Business Intelligence (BI) such as MS Power BI, Data Analytics like SQL, to data from different sources
- Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, formulas and macros
- Solid understanding of MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Solid oral and written communication skills
