Role Overview

The role manages key activities across budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting, providing high-quality analysis and insight to support business decision-making and delivery of financial objectives.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and deliver annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting activities for Fixed SGA. Analyze actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or international equivalent) or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in accounting, FP&A, controlling, or a related finance role within a complex multinational organisation.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, management reporting, and balance sheet management.
• Good knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, and accounting governance.
• Strong analytical and financial-modelling skills, with the ability to translate financial information into actionable business insight.
• Demonstrable business-partnering experience, including constructively challenging assumptions and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating offshore/BPO finance activities and driving performance without formal line-management authority.
• Experience in finance transformation, process improvement, automation, or systems implementation.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP/reporting-system experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Highly self-driven, proactive, and able to independently manage priorities and deliver complex activities with limited supervision.
