SGA and FP&A Manager

Role Overview

The SGA and FP&A Manager leads financial planning, analysis, accounting, and financial control for Selling, General and Administrative (SGA) expenses ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost management and robust financial governance.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for the annual budget and long-range planning and monthly forecasting processes for Fixed SGA expenses, ensuring alignment with business and corporate objectives.

Requirements

• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or international equivalent)
• Significant post-qualification experience in accounting, FP&A or a related finance leadership role
• Significant experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting within a complex multinational organisation
• Demonstrable experience leading finance transformation, process improvement, automation or systems implementation initiatives
• Excellent commercial awareness and business partnering capability
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience managing, coaching and developing finance professionals and driving team performance
• Experience managing outsourced finance operations and BPO providers service delivery against KPIs and service-level agreements
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial controls and balance sheet management
• Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with ERP, financial planning and reporting tools; experience with SAP and Power BI highly desirable
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
