Role Overview
The Business Growth Account Manager will promote CaptionCall by Sorenson and its services to eligible customers through events, presentations, and office visits, generating leads and growing opportunities.
What You Will Do
Generate leads, work with Hearing Care Professionals, represent CaptionCall at events, adhere to compliance policies, utilize company CRM, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Outside Sales or similar experience
- Familiarity with assistive devices for those with hearing loss
- Experience working with senior citizens
- Basic computer knowledge and experience
- Positive attitude, team player, good interpersonal communication skills
