Role Overview

Sortly is a remote-first company seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join their Organic Marketing team. The role involves turning strategy into high-quality content across various channels, including blog, email, and social media. The successful candidate will help spearhead content marketing at Sortly and build visibility across traditional SEO, AI-driven search, and owned channels.

What You Will Do

The Content Marketing Manager will execute against Sortly’s evolving organic search strategy, lead editorial planning and production, and develop proprietary research and benchmark studies. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company announcements, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably for B2B audiences
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills across formats
  • Hands-on experience managing content programs across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices
  • Experience using AI tools to improve content research, creation, optimization, or production workflows
  • Ability to synthesize complex information, data, and subject-matter expertise into clear, compelling content
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, external partners, and deadlines while maintaining high editorial standards
  • Experience using content performance data to identify opportunities and improve execution
  • Experience with B2B SaaS
  • Bonus points for experience with Construction or Field Services audiences, or with topics such as inventory management and asset tracking
  • HubSpot and WordPress experience is a plus
