Your tasks
- Management of awareness projects with customers
- Advising customers on cyber security awareness measures
- Conception and implementation of business reviews
- Proactive support of customers in achieving their goals
- Further development of the customer relationship in cooperation with our sales team
- Participation in the further development of our products (contribution of experience from customer projects)
Your profile
- Strong customer focus and drive to customer success
- 1 year of practical experience as a Customer Success Manager or as a project manager or in the organization of projects
- University bachelor’s degree or comparable
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Fun in interacting with customers and colleagues
- You can keep many balls in the air at the same time and don’t get hectic even in sometimes stressful situations
- IT affinity and basic knowledge
