Role Overview
SOTI is looking for a Sales Operations & AI Business Intelligence Manager to run the operating engine behind a global sales organization, lead and grow a team of business analysts and operations professionals, and act as SOTI’s subject matter expert for AI-driven reporting.
What You Will Do
The role involves running the local sales operations engine, leading and growing the India Data, Analytics, Reporting team, and leading AI reporting and business intelligence.

Requirements
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school
- 8+ years of post-MBA experience across sales, revenue or business operations within a high-growth technology organisation
- Proven track record of leading teams of analysts or consultants
- Demonstrated depth in business intelligence, including hands-on experience taking AI, machine learning or advanced analytics capabilities into production use
- Strong business, commercial and financial acumen
- Advanced Excel and BI platform skills with working fluency in SQL
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred
- Strong initiative, intellectual curiosity and analytical capability
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Collaborative team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
