Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, organised Senior Marketing Manager to own the SourceCode brand across every market we operate in, including the US, UK, and Germany. You’ll run awards, social, website, newsletter, and marketing programmes for the whole agency.
What You Will Do
You’ll work closely with our Global Executive Leadership Team (GELT) and leaders in each office. Together you’ll build the marketing strategy that grows our reputation, our pipeline and our ability to attract great people, then you’ll make it happen.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You’ll lead our SEO, AEO and GEO strategy so SourceCode shows up wherever people look for an agency, from Google results to answers in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Track how we’re cited and keep improving our content and site to grow that presence.
