Role Overview

The Marketing Communications Coordinator supports the development and execution of integrated communications that strengthen audience engagement, support organizational priorities and advance the Aquarium’s mission. This role serves as a communications partner to key functional areas while leading day-to-day management of the Aquarium’s social media channels.

What You Will Do

Manage communication workflows, timelines and deliverables for campaigns, initiatives, events and projects within key functional areas, and develop and execute platform-specific social media content that supports audience engagement, brand awareness, revenue generation and organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Experience working in a nonprofit a plus, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
