Demand Generation Manager

Role Overview

The Demand Generation Manager will own the execution of marketing and demand-generation initiatives, turning established revenue strategies into actionable programs and campaigns. This role is responsible for creating qualified demand and supporting company growth.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include market development programs, SEO and digital marketing, campaign execution and project management, vendor management, market research and segmentation, marketing messaging and collateral, RFP management, and performance analysis and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, demand generation, SEO, or marketing operations
• Strong SEO knowledge and practical experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, local SEO, and organic search performance
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables with exceptional organization and follow-through
• Experience managing external marketing agencies or vendors and holding partners accountable for results
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to translate established strategies into actionable plans and independently drive execution through completion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and project management systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement
