Role Overview
Lead the execution of analytics, reporting, and digital data solutions to enable data-driven decision-making across Operational Services and the Source-to-Pay lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Perform analytics and statistical modeling, supervise teams, and apply various methods to identify patterns, relationships, and trends within data.

Requirements
- Five or more years of combined experience performing or supervising the Data Analysis function.
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Experience with Ariba and SAP.
- Experience with Power BI dashboards and MS Power Apps solutions.
- Strategic thinker who aligns innovative solutions with key company initiatives and long-term business priorities.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams, managing competing priorities, and driving a focus on actionable insights and analysis.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills collaborating across departments and disciplines, advocating for team priorities, and balancing competing stakeholder needs.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations and complex technical information clearly and concisely to executives, stakeholders, and nontechnical audiences across all levels of the organization.
