Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager would serve as the operational management partner to the Vice President of Marketing, overseeing the day-to-day operations, workflow, personnel, and execution of the marketing department. This role coordinates marketing campaigns, creative development, promotional initiatives, business development support, partner outreach & relationships, and overall departmental organization.

What You Will Do

Provide daily leadership, coaching, direction, and accountability for the Business Development team and Graphic Designer. Manage workflows, project assignments, priorities, approvals, timelines, and deliverables. Oversee project completion, communication, productivity, and departmental performance.
