Role Overview

The Manager – PB Marketing is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing and communications campaigns across Current Accounts and Savings Accounts products to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role works closely with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver high-quality, culturally relevant campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

What You Will Do

Develop and manage end-to-end marketing and communications campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social channels to deliver against set annual marketing objectives. Translate business and product objectives into compelling, culturally relevant campaign strategies for the UAE market with the creative agency.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in marketing and communications, with fluency and professional writing proficiency in both Arabic and English. They will have a proven track record of managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns end-to-end and strong project management skills.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing and communications
• Fluency and professional writing proficiency in both Arabic and English
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience in a marketing role working with agencies and cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of the UAE market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances
• Excellent bilingual (Arabic/English) written and verbal communication skills
